Thank you for supporting Ellen Melon Children's Book. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible physical product, please review the return guidelines below.

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging when applicable.
You must provide proof of purchase or your order information.
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the 30-day period may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and, when applicable, photographs showing the damage or incorrect item.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

E-books and digital content
